Github for Windows (http://windows.github.com/) handles the ssh key stuff
seamlessly, leastways I don't remember having to do anything special
(unlike the hours I spent with launchpad). bit of a different user
interface paradigm than most, but it doesn't take too long to get somewhere
useful (hint: click on everything).
