I *think* you all need ReadTheDocs.org accounts. They're pretty
painless to set up though.

You'd need to find out who is hosting your DNS records, and then request
for them to set up a CNAME record for api.leoeditor.com (or whichever
subdomain you choose) to point to the ReadTheDocs project domain,
currently leo.readthedocs.org, but I may change that to
leo-editor.readthedocs.org, given Terry's recent email.
