Just reporting outdated information in the node "rst3" in the file

Im studying how to activate rst3 plugin, in this node ("rst3") it says to
go to www.silvercity.sourceforge.net and download the release for my
python, but silvercity has python 2.4 as latest, and that project was last
edited in 2006.
