Hello, thank your for the replies. Section references are very nice to organise plain text files, and it would be nice if this 'commenting out' could be done directly in the parent @file node without having to disturb the tree.

I tried several combinations of nodes and child nodes and @ignore's but the file simply is not written. It does not skip any section. Could you provide more details on how this would be accomplished?
