I agree.  I'll look into the file that HaveF sent to see if there are other
issues.

Yes.  I've marked this thread as containing a bug, which theoretically
means I'll eventually get around to fixing it.  Having said that, the
checking logic for imports is insanely complicated, which is far from the
same thing as insanely great ;-)  The code is already to complicated to
truly understand, and adding more special cases will only make matters
worse.  Perhaps a rewrite is in order, but that's not going to be easy.
