I just loaded it fine here. I've noticed that larger outlines (much
larger than the one you provided) tend to hang while loading, but
eventually come up usable. My guess is that the Nav tab
(quicksearch.py
plugin? Something to that effect...) is indexing or something. If
that's the case, perhaps that index should be moved to the db? But
that's another thread.
TL;DR: looks fine on my machine. Not sure what's up with yours.
