Not really, but https://gist.github.com/tbnorth/6165576
adds a WebKit web browser pane to the free-layout system - it's
misnamed 'TinyMCE editor', it should be 'Web browser'.

So it starts at google.com, and if you google "tinymce demo" the first
four hits are links to the tinymce.com site - where the tinymce demos
don't work - how tragic :-)  However it works on other pages, e.g.
http://www.wiris.com/plugins/demo/tinymce/php/ (just paste that in the
location widget)

But a TinyMCE competitor looks interesting:

So... looks like a fairly simple pathway to rich text editing - the
HTML can be stored in p.b.
