HaveF said in the thread, Portable Leo from scratch on Windows, "There are so much of recipes(like pearls) buried under googlegroups instead of doc for permanent saving." My new "Getting Things Done" workflow is to transfer items immediately from google groups discussions to action/documentation lists. But that leaves all the previous threads to scan, which I am doing now. Some threads I pretty much understand. For others, I'll have to ask the OP to clarify. In other words, no amount of tools will compensate for sub-optimal work flows. Happily, the next few days of work should be the last time I ever have to endure the consequences of this kind of procrastination.
