Rev 58 adds the first draft of the summary for the release notes (in
LeoDocs.leo). Here it is:
The highlights of Leo 4.11:
--------------------------
- Important improvements to abbreviations.
- Clones are now valid anywhere in @file nodes.
- Leo now warns if a .leo file is open elsewhere.
- Added support for sessions.
- The pane with focus is highlighted with a colored border.
- Added support for the closure and TypeScript languages.
- Added importers for .ipynb, .otl and vimoutliner files.
- Important new and improved plugins.
- Dozens of new scripts.
- Dozens of improved commands.
- Dozens of bug fixes and code-level improvements.
I generated this summary after completing the first draft of the
release notes. Please let me know if anything is missing. Thanks.
Oh, printing support as a plugin (printing.py). Not sure if you want to
break that out separately or not. I had forgotten about that completely :p
