I've pushed the richtext.py plugin, CKEditor version only at present.
If you don't want to wait for the regular snapshot to pick it up, grab
http://greygreen.org/tmp/leo_richtext.zip (but this will go stale
quickly, use http://greygreen.org/leo/ after tonight).
To enable, see "Configuration (enabling plugins etc.)" in
Help -> quickstart.leo
and follow those instructions and include the line
richtext.py
in the @enabled-plugins node. Commands are
cke-text-close
cke-text-open
cke-text-switch
cke-text-toggle-autosave
also available from the plugins menu under richtext
Docs. need writing...

Terry, any chance of supporting a '@rich' node type, such that when an
@rich node is selected, it automatically switches to the CKEditor, and
perhaps autosaves without user intervention? I suppose that could be an
add-on plugin, but it seems like it would make sense in the core of this
plugin as well.
