I have finally got it into my memory that Guido is in favor of running
Python on cell phones, but *not* in browsers.  In his 2012 keynote he says
that supporting Python in browsers is impossibly difficult.

All the python-in-javascript projects have major problems, in one case
involving accusations of misconduct.  I wouldn't get my hopes up.
