As I look at the 2to3 fixers, I remember how difficult the changes were.
It's was an interesting experiment, but the text-oriented way in the
replace-g-choose script looks simpler. It's certainly a closer match for
how my brain works!
The next step, which may not happen for quite awhile, will be to generalize
the text-oriented approach.
