My hunch is that it is either a redraw issue, or something to do with
the move of iconDir to c.cleo, rather than calculated on the fly.
No clue though why that second bit would affect anything, as a
g.es(c.cleo.iconDir) gives the proper directory... and Leo can totally
find the icons, it just doesn't want to display them... but it's a
hunch. Take it at face value.

changed without erasing the icon first... but the priority itself would

I was going to say that this was my workbook.leo getting corrupted
somehow, but I was able to duplicate the icon-not-changing behavior (as
of rev 6021) with a brand new leo outline.
This particular machine is Windows 7 64-bit, running Python 2.7 32-bit
(much easier to get 32-bit working with the proper modules).
Any clue?
Also, should we report plugin bugs to the launchpad?
