Done at rev 6041.  The most important change is actually to the way Leo
parses @data nodes.  It no longer does s.strip() for each line s of the
body text.  This could cause problems for some people, but the new way is a
lot more sensible.

The visible changes:  @data abbreviations-subst-env (in leoSettings.leo) no
longer uses \:.  Revised the docstring at the start of the @data node, and
user_name is a bit more robust.

Please let me know if there are any problems.  I plan no further work in
this area
, except for documentation.
