I just realized that there is a dead easy way to disable a binding: bind it
to do-nothing.
For example, I detest this default binding:
insert-node = Insert
I'm always hitting the Insert key by mistake. To disable it in
myLeoSettings.leo:
do-nothing = Insert
This is going to be in the cheatsheet.
