Leo's documentation is ready for prime time!

There is a new, simpler, organization, as shown in the TOC:
http://leoeditor.com/leo_toc.html

However, the TOC itself shows a bit more than before. The new TOC is the
result of considerable work and experimentation. It will probably stay as
it is.

There are several new sections in the programming tutorial:
http://leoeditor.com/tutorial-programming.html for @first, @path, @edit and
@auto.

Most importantly, the scripting tutorial is ready for your inspection:
http://leoeditor.com/tutorial-scripting.html

This has cost me a *lot* of effort. It won't be trivial for newbies to
understand, but imo every word in this tutorial is necessary. I actually
considered deleting the vnode section, but I think that would be unwise. A
dog that isn't barking: there is no mention of DAG's in the tutorial!

Please let me know what you think. Now is the time to start proofreading!

Edward

P.S. There are several copy-editing tasks still to be done, including
adding cross-reference links in the tutorials. This will take at least one
more day.
