As a rule, we don't debate settings here, but debating what defaults
should be used falls into a gray area.

As you imply, newbies won't even know that there *are* settings involved in
how Leo works, and I'm definitely not going to add another chapter to the
tutorial to discuss these defaults ;-)

I'm going to leave these settings as they are, because I think they are the
most useful for most people.
