http://leoeditor.com/design.html to be removed soon (It's already gone from 
the TOC). I am happy with the result: it says things succinctly that I have 
been struggling to say for years.

There is also a link to this chapter from the preface:

correct--the preface is free to discuss anything the author wants ;-)

This was the first fruits of a grand review of all the old descriptions of 
Leo.  They are about to be cleaned away forever, but first I want to make 
sure there are no nuggets buried in the old trash.  I expect this review to 
be completed today, at which point the documentation *will* be complete, as 
far as the actual words go.
