The new draft incorporates all suggestions and corrections made so far. An expanded example from this tutorial now appears in CheatSheet.leo. The appropriate settings appear in the Startup node in CheatSheet.leo. The code that creates workbook.leo automatically has been revised to handle all this. I think the results are great: the Startup node is a great place to put comments about settings; the "The rst3 tutorial" node is a great place to make comments about @rst nodes, etc. All comments and corrections welcome. Please make *specific* suggestions. Imo, the rst3 tutorial is probably good enough for b1, but there is still plenty of time for revision.
