I agree, it was too easy to miss this point.  Furthermore, the intro
promised a step-by-step and missed the first step!

now reiterates that you must install docutils and restart Leo if you get
the docutils not found message.  It also discusses the stylesheet message.

According to bzr, the "docutils not present" message happened at rev 5461,
in September of this year.  So yes, the message is recent.

However, the real key is that docutils must be installed.  I'd prefer not
to make the tutorial version dependent, because nothing, except the error
message, has changed in several years.
