not quite on-topic, but I saw your announcement of 4.11b on
comp.lang.python a few days ago. A couple of things that jumped out at me
were:
- the subject was very terse: "ANN: Leo 4.11b1 released". How about "ANN:
Leo 4.11b1 released: Outline-based Editor & IDE, python scripting" or
similar
- The 'elevator summary' of what Leo is/does was very brief and low key. I
think it could be a bit punchier...
- There was no obvious indication of the connection with Python. For the
c.l.python audience at least, I suggest it would be worth highlighting the
synergy with Python.
Just a few thoughts to help raise the profile a little...
