I think that's right :-)  I suspect few if any use per-folder settings.

It's wise to heed the tutorial's remark that settings are really quite a
bit too flexible.  (There are reasons for some of the arcane flexibility,
but new users should ignore them)

Just stick to this scheme:

- leoSettings.leo in its usual place: leo/config
- myLeoSettings in ~ or ~/.leo
- (optional) per-file settings in individual .leo files.
