Thinking about this and similar conversations, the take-away message seems
to be the following:  we can safely assume that newbies learn first and
best from videos.  It's not just that people typically don't read docs,
it's that the docs are very large.

This particular conversation suggests that a video about the Nav tab would
be useful.  It might be best to have a revised search/replace video discuss
the Nav tab.  It's now on the list.
