Certainly, it seems to be already gone anyway, so references to it are
probably just doc. bugs.  Maybe it was Tk only anyway, I don't really
know what it was.

@rclick nodes which generate context menu items for @buttons are
entirely separate, and their code's in mod_scripting or core.
