It looks like this a misleading entry in the release notes.  Leo has no
ipynb importer, but there is a prototype in test.leo that was added at rev 

5488.  It's @button cvt ipynb @key=Alt-7.  You should see the button.

I have no idea how useful the code is, nor do I know who wrote it.   It
might have been Alia K.  It *probably* wasn't me ;-)
