Making sure that these buttons are toggleable by 'experts' is a *very* important consideration.

One thing that I think Leo excels at is having a structured, yet fluid GUI. It is one of the few programs whose interface I can change *at run time* to suit the current task at hand, and that is an absolutely *vital* component of my workflow nowadays. I simply can't imagine going back to static interfaces that accomplish less. In short, goal_button beacons for new users are just as important as the visual adaptability that Leo provides out of the box.
