What? Suppose Leo-Editor saves X.leo and writes @file Y.py. Then Leo-Editor exits. I use emacs to change Y.py. Then Leo-Editor opens X.leo. In this case, the Leo-Editor cache is "stale" and loading from the cache is NOT the same as loading from the @file.
