Not a shortcut: there are too many elements.  Say instead, a command that
*could* be bound to a shortcut.

Perhaps this is a debatable point, but there just are not enough keys to go
around.  Perhaps the new vim-related bindings work will help.

There may be a few missing use cases, but I don't get any sense that
people are confused by missing key bindings.  Annoyed, maybe.
