Rev 6439 contains the new Python importer, disabled by default.

**Use at your own risk**.

To enable, set new_python_importer = True at start of leoImport.py.


Unit tests fail when this switch is true.  In fact, one of the @auto nodes
in unitTest.leo is not imported properly when unitTest.leo loads.

I don't have time at present to spend on the new importer.  I may get to it
later today.  Or not.
