Hi Gyro,

I read that thread and the linked to blog article (now 2 yrs old) from the
retired senior bzr developer Jelmer Vernooij. It's pretty clear that bzr
is now in stasis development wise,
https://www.ohloh.net/p/bazaar/commits/summary bears this out, and the
community is dead/dying.

I personally still favour Mercurial (hg) over git, but the gravity well of
git & Github is undeniable. Even if Leo did choose hg I'd still be on
github a big chunk of  time because there's just so much stuff there (some
of it mine too ;-). However I've since discovered SourceTree workbench and
can work with either kind of repo from as single environment, not having to
get intimate with different command line dialects. So that's letting me
have my cake and eat it too. :)

so yeah, +1 for moving to git & github.
