Yes it's what I'm doing in my @enabled-plugins node. What struck me was the inconsistent behaviour by the printing, stickynotes and vr2 plugins. I noticed it when trying to get vr2 working for python 3. It does seem a little odd that recommended plugins which are on by default in the global settings are also required to be on again in the personal settings. This means that in the myleosettings @enabled-plugins node, a comment out [ # ] actually behaves as a toggle off switch.
