As you can see above, the version date for 4.11 Final is listed as
2012-02-26 in the Leo Log Window and About Leo dialog. But in fact,
4.11 Final came out in November 2013 according to the Leo Sourceforge
site. This makes new users (like myself) wonder exactly if I am
running the latest or not.
That was a bug that was noticed and squashed on Nov 7, 2013... the day
after 4.11 Final was released:

Edward, perhaps we should cull the bzr_version.py file from the repo?
Also versions from the github master should change from Leo 4.11 Final
to 4.11.x or something?
That's up to Edward, I guess.
I am running Windows 7 64bit. I don't know that you can tell that from
what is printed out in the Leo Log? If not it probably should be added.
