Thanks for this report. I'll look into this.
It's possible that 'idle' time handling must be treated as a special
case. Iirc, most hooks are associated with a particular commander.
It may be wrong, or at least confusing, to do that with 'idle' hooks.
Or we may both be confused ;-)
