I think Jake got them all. file://#A-->C-->D in the text when ctrl-clicked will take you to node D. But a real unl would look something more like file://#Project%20overview-->Background%20information-->Secondary%20effects and I bet what you'd actually want to see would be just "Secondary effects" in a font style indicating a link. I'm not terribly familiar with Qt text coloring and attributing to know how that might work, would be cool though.
