I am attempting to complete recent work so that I can turn my complete
attention to the dozen or so remaining git bugs.

At present, I see no compelling reason to do more work on the Scintilla
widget or vim mode:

1. The to-do list for the Scintilla widget has been moved into the
docstring for QScintillaWrapper, indicating it likely won't happen.

2. The to-do list for vim mode has been moved into the Wishlist section of
Leo's huge to-do outline:
    leoPy.leo#To do-->@file ../doc/leoToDo.txt-->Wishlist-->* Vim to-do

BTW, I tested vim mode with Qt5 and python3.4 on ubuntu yesterday. The
only glitch: borders weren't colorized properly using the exact same
stylesheets used on my Windows machine. One of those mysteries...

===== Summary

I'll consider fixing only major bugs against Scintilla. It has little
chance of replacing Leo's present text widget.

I am willing to consider further improvement to vim-mode, but there must be
a good reason to do so. It's time to move on.

All comments welcome.
