You can start moving all the constants out of ...leo/config/leoSettings.leo#@settings-->Qt Gui (appearance)-->@data qt-gui-plugin-style-sheet into a tree of @settings, not just 'black' and '10pt' but even things like 'regular' etc. I guess, you'll have to assess. See .../leo/config/themes.leo#leo_dark theme 0-->Settings for theme and .../leo/config/themes.leo#leo_dark theme 0-->stylesheet & source for an imperfect reference.
