my default method for any existing python:

- install pip
- pip install {extra libraries}

It works most of the time. Some packages, notably pyqt, don't come this way
at all, and others are actually linux or ios only but don't declare
themselves that way so I can waste a bit of time trying to get them to work
on Windows fruitlessly.

My only complaint with portablepython is it's size, but that's not a
stopper.
