OK, I sort of figured out that pythonw.exe doesn't work, but python.exe (at
least on Python3.3 and any version of QT).

But now I get this:
loadOnePlugin: error importing plugin: leo.plugins.stickynotes
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File
"C:\Users\Keeney\Documents\GitHub\leo-editor\leo-editor\leo\core\leoPlugins.py",

line 538, in loadOnePlugin
    __import__(moduleName)
  File
"C:\Users\Keeney\Documents\GitHub\leo-editor\leo-editor\leo\plugins\stickynotes.py",

line 79, in <module>
from PyQt5.QtCore import SIGNAL, QTimer # QSize, QVariant,
ImportError: cannot import name SIGNAL

I don't really use this plugin, so it's not a big deal for me, but thought
it might be useful to know.
