Yes, only setup.py.

I'm pretty sure the Linix [sic] script can be just removed, but people who
use linux more than dabble in it like myself should confirm.

There are Windows scripts for desktop integration -- adding file
association, .\scripts\[un]register-leo.leox -- and a planned but no
"roundtuit" sibling for menu/desktop shortcut. It would be good to extend
that for Linux as well, but I've no idea what's involved. To be clear, the
integration scripts aren't involved at all with pip. If used at all,
they're fired by the user manually from a running Leo instance.
