I don't see them being /styled/ as inputs, although I'm sure they look different in different setups, but they certainly don't need to /act/ as inputs, which they currently do. I.e. they should be read-only text widgets, which allow select / copy but not cursor placement and typing. Being able to select / copy all or part of the UNL or breadcrumbs field, the right hand one, is important. It even has a an option to change its format from its context menu.
