That's very strange, leo didn't install anything on /usr/ folder but only 
on /sw.
Why does it want to touch anything in it ! That's a chance it didn't remove 
anything on usr !
I need seriously to have a look into it !

Concerning the procedure, it was only useful at the beginning, when 
requirements were not satisfied (qt, pyqt & co).
I think you get apt-cache with Fink, so in order to verify that the 
dependencies are present on your new repositories, you can try this :
sudo apt-cache policy qt4-base-mac 
<http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/package.php/qt4-base-mac>
