So I can confirm, it works well with CKeditor from Debian/Ubuntu :
*/usr/share/javascript/ckeditor/*
So I can patch the debian packager, so it can use the up to date system
version of CkEditor.

By the way, why not including it into github as a submodule ?

One more question
 what do you think, should I include default installation of all
potentially required packages (cheditor, pyenchant...) for everything works
out of the box ?
or just the very necessary and then put the other packages as "recommended"
or "suggested" packages ?
