https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues/25 involves Leo becoming 
unresponsive to any further file operation, although I wouldn't have
thought it would apply to launching from icon in Windows.  Nor to I
recall the outline disappearing.  And I think it's just open that stops
working, not save.
