I just now used clone-find-all to find all occurrences of iconclick[12] and
icon[dr]click[12]. The following plugins are affected::

at_view.py
expfolder.py
mime.py
mnplugins.py
nodeActions.py
run_nodes.py
startfile.py
textnode.py
xemacs.py
Presumably something should be done about most, if not all of them. It's
too later for b1. I'll put them on the list (as a formal bug) for b2.
