Separate from however vim-open-file works, could leo routinely (or have an
@settings switch) track externally referenced files for changes since the
last leo-initiated save and alert the user that a file has been changed
outside leo?  This is done on startup of leo but there doesn't appear to be
ongoing tracking or am I mistaken?
