Rev ca8fd45 fixes the problem.
PyInterp.focusInEvent must call the base focusInEvent method in order for
ensureCursorVisible to have effect. I prefer the following over calling
super::
QtWidgets.QTextEdit.focusInEvent(self,event)
Similarly for PyInterp.focusOutEvent.
