Not really.  'cfa' etc. are per-outline abbreviations, defined in @button 
or @command nodes. They should not be bound in Leo's code.

So no matter how many abbreviations particular .leo files defined, there 
will only ever be a very few synonyms for commands baked into Leo's code.
