Please file a wishlist bug at
https://github.com/leo-editor/leo-editor/issues on this topic.  My guess is
that it shouldn't be too difficult to use sphinx rather than docutils to do
the rendering.  No promises, though.

The workaround is to ignore warnings about sphinx markup.  LeoDocs.leo uses
sphinx markup sparingly, so the warnings about, say, toctree, don't cause
great problems.
