When True, this settings causes Leo to issue a Syntax-Error dialog when 
syntax errors are detected while saving a .leo file.  The default is False, 
so Leo's legacy operation is the default.

I added this setting because all too often I don't notice the syntax errors 
reported in the log.  You would think that I would, but I don't.
