Added in commit e589101.

I encourage anyone who uses HTML to check out the newest abbreviation. I 
also fixed several older abbreviations that relied on a member of 
c.frame.body, bodyCtrl, which doesn't appear to exist anymore. Updated 
django_tag() to act like html_tag().

Also would it be acceptable to put the "sample" abbrevations in 
leoSettings.leo, just invalidate it as an actual setting by adding an extra 
@ to the beginning of the node headline? I feel like people are far less 
likely to go looking for exampleSettings.leo especially since it's not one 
of the Leo notebooks in the main File menu. Any thoughts?
