Added in commit e589101. I encourage anyone who uses HTML to check out the newest abbreviation. I also fixed several older abbreviations that relied on a member of c.frame.body, bodyCtrl, which doesn't appear to exist anymore. Updated django_tag() to act like html_tag().
Also would it be acceptable to put the "sample" abbrevations in leoSettings.leo, just invalidate it as an actual setting by adding an extra @ to the beginning of the node headline? I feel like people are far less likely to go looking for exampleSettings.leo especially since it's not one of the Leo notebooks in the main File menu.
